goals
To train high-level professionals to develop research in surgery and related disciplines, providing them with facilities for deepening their knowledge in the field, both in academic practice, the generation of new knowledge or the solution of priority problems.
The Program also aims to deepen knowledge in the various areas of Surgery and related disciplines, promote the development of surgical disciplines, train students to propose and develop scientific and technological research projects, and promote professional performance with a value-based, creative, and innovative approach.
Applicant Profile
Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Dentistry, Professional Title of Medical Surgeon or Specialist Title in Surgery or related disciplines; obtained from national or foreign Higher Education Institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education. Basic and instrumental level of English.
Graduate profile
At the end of their studies, graduates of the program will be qualified to perform research or teaching functions in national and foreign higher education centers, as well as propose and execute scientific research projects in Surgery and related disciplines.
