goals

The overall objective of the Program is to train experts in Economics who document and analyze economic phenomena using advanced econometric methods and theoretical models, contributing to the scientific research program of the Faculty of Administration and Economics of the University of Santiago de Chile.
The specific objectives of the Program are:
a) To train experts in the different areas of Economics, thus collaborating with the training in Human Resources, who are able to continue doctoral studies in Chile or in other Universities of the World.
b) To contribute to scientific research in Economics in Chile, facilitating joint research between the professors of the Master's program and academics external to the Department of Economics of the University of Santiago.
