Graduates of the Master of Science in Food Engineering are professionals trained to apply advanced knowledge to improve processes related to Food Science and Engineering. They are equipped to formulate experimental methodologies using the scientific method to solve food science and engineering problems, integrating into multidisciplinary teams. They also execute experimental methodologies considering methodological criteria and parameters and communicate the results of fundamental and applied research to generate scientific and technological knowledge. Professionally, graduates of this Master's program can work in research centers, universities, industries with innovation and product development units, or independently, leveraging their academic degree.
