goals

1. To train specialized human resources in the area of agricultural sciences that promote scientifically based solutions to the needs of the agri-food sector, through the efficient management of production systems, committed to the values of institutional work.
2. To train competent specialists who promote analytical, reflective and critical thinking, who autonomously develop innovative academic-productive proposals in the efficient management of primary production systems, to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector.

Applicant Profile

The Master's program is aimed at professionals in the agricultural areas (plant, animal and aquaculture), natural resources and applied sciences, such as: Agricultural Engineers, Aquaculture Engineers, Veterinarians, Natural Resources Engineers, Biologists, Biochemists and related fields.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and/or a professional title whose study plan is equivalent to at least 8 semesters (240 SCT-Chile credits).

Graduate profile

The graduation profile includes the development and evidence of the following competencies or performances:
1. Implements research processes and effectively communicates the results, demonstrating mastery of agricultural management with scientific proposals that address the sector's demands, in order to make agroecosystems dedicated to primary food production more efficient.
2. Integrates specialized knowledge that allows them to study production cycles, analyze realities, and make critical judgments about disciplines that contribute to productive efficiency.
