goals
To provide high-level, systematic academic training in the disciplines, content, and methods of the field of bioethics, and the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies that enable graduates to address complex issues and problems systematically and creatively in the area of bioethics. These capabilities may be geared towards teaching and advanced research, consulting, and outreach.
Applicant Profile
1.- Possess a degree equivalent to or higher than the Bachelor's degree conferred by the University of Chile
2.- Demonstrate proficiency in a second language.
Graduate profile
The graduates will have incorporated into their academic training various theoretical and conceptual inputs, coming from the fields of philosophy and biomedical sciences, as well as the humanities, social sciences, legal sciences and other complementary disciplines that are productively inserted into a broad and prolific perspective of interpretation of social, scientific and cultural phenomena such as that which Bioethics seeks to embody in its conceptions and practices.
