The Master's in Banking and Financial Markets consists of three training cycles where students are introduced in depth to the functioning and operation of the banking and financial sectors. Divided into the Induction to Financial Institutions Cycle, the Financial Institutions Management Cycle, and the Graduation Cycle, the program is delivered over six trimesters.

This program is designed to develop specialized training in the banking business, the operation of financial institutions, and market dynamics. It explores the evolution and dynamism of the banking sector and financial markets. Participants will develop knowledge and skills in management, marketing, and leadership within financial institutions, in an increasingly globalized, competitive, innovative, and digitalized environment, all within the context of socially responsible banking.

• Professionals linked to the area of economics and administration or other areas who have a recognized track record in the Banking and Financial Markets sector; with talent and commitment to develop their careers in entities of the financial market or banking.

Graduate profile

The program is designed to train qualified professionals with high standards and the ability to manage the challenging environment of financial institutions, particularly banks, with a high degree of knowledge of the sector's macro-trends and an international perspective.
