The Master's Program in Food Science with a specialization in Food Management, Quality and Safety has the main objective of training postgraduate graduates with greater depth and mastery of scientific, technological and management knowledge, to face at a global level the needs of development, innovation, regulation and control required for the production and marketing of safe and quality food.

Applicant Profile

To hold a Bachelor's degree or professional title whose level, content and duration of studies correspond to training equivalent to the Bachelor's Degree of the University of Chile, determined by the corresponding Academic Committee, and to accredit training in accordance with the requirements of the program.

Graduate profile

The graduate profile of this program corresponds to a professional specializing in food management, quality, and safety, who can address complex issues within the discipline systematically and creatively, analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
