goals
The overall objective of the program is to train graduates who contribute to the development of the explanatory bases that support the professional performance of those responsible for the Organizational Management of People.
Specific objectives:
a) To train specialists who contribute to the generation, application, transmission and discussion of ideas in the field of people management.
b) To train graduates who have the reflective and critical ability to anticipate challenges and solve the various problems related to people management.
c) To train graduates who contribute to the development of people management within the various public and private organizations in the country.
Applicant Profile
To apply for the Master's Program in Human Resource Management, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and/or a professional title equivalent in level and content to a Bachelor's degree, with a duration of at least eight semesters, in a discipline related to Human Resource Management. In all cases, the Program Committee will evaluate the applicant's academic background and work experience. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of two years of work experience in the discipline or areas of study covered by the Program.
Graduate profile
Graduates of the Master's program in Human Resource Management will be able to:
a) Apply theoretical knowledge of Human Resources management to technically define the most appropriate strategies for an organization.
b) To diagnose and resolve the difficulties that arise in the management of people within an organization, as well as the particular and specific difficulties of the management of the Human Resources area, in pursuit of the common benefit of person-organization.
c) Anticipate and project scenarios for the organization through a general understanding of the organizational phenomenon.
d) Generate organizational change and development projects based on people management, identifying strategies that add value to the organization and contribute to achieving its objectives and competitiveness.
