The postgraduate graduate of the Master's program in physical activity for health, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, is an advanced professional with a high sense of leadership in management and with the scientific and professional knowledge that allows him to work in any educational institution, school, university or recreational and in sports or health organizations, public or private, where the application of educational strategies is required that seek a behavioral change towards an active and healthy life in people.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HEALTH AREA
The area of physical activity and health explores the effects of physical activity and exercise on improving health and reducing risk factors for chronic diseases and mortality. It also provides strategies for improving physical activity levels across all age groups and in addressing conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and other metabolic disorders. All of this is presented through a teaching and learning approach based on the latest scientific research and the research of the faculty members themselves.

AREA OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INTERVENTION PROJECTS
The Project Management area focuses on developing the necessary tools for designing projects based on the needs identified in various target groups, regarding factors associated with physical and social health, self-care, and healthy living.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AREA
The Physical Education Area places its emphasis on the application of physical activity and health projects, emphasizing the delivery of methodological and didactic tools necessary for each particular reality of the preschool and school groups, attending to key concepts such as human motor skills, motor development and learning, playfulness, and corporeality.
