General objective
DEVELOP COMPETENCIES FOR THE EVALUATION OF PROBLEMS AND DESIGN OF SOLUTIONS IN EACH FIELD OF ACTION, WITH EMPHASIS ON THE RIGOROUS AND SYSTEMATIC EVALUATION OF THEIR RESULTS AND IMPACT.

Specific objectives
– Acquire advanced knowledge about the various relevant psychosocial processes in each field, applicable to diverse populations, situations and problems, and to the context of professional performance systems and services.
– Develop skills to identify needs, design and conduct research on socially relevant problems.
– Develop skills for evaluating problems and designing solutions in each field of action, with emphasis on the rigorous and systematic evaluation of their results and impact.

Lines of investigation

– In its three specializations, the academics participating in the Program conduct scientific research and maintain active lines of inquiry that are open to students as spaces for completing their theses within the framework of their research projects. Thus, a significant number of our graduates have directly benefited from developing their theses in research projects funded by Fondecyt, DIUC, and other sources.
