Specific objectives
The program sets out to achieve the following specific objectives:
– Develop skills to lead, with a sense of purpose, the processes of change and improvement in the educational organization.
– Develop the capabilities to efficiently manage the structure, processes and resources of the educational organization.
– To consolidate institutional capacities for the development of a permanent and sustainable program for training leaders of excellence, which contributes to the improvement of the educational organization.

Students will graduate from the program with the following skills:
C1. Evaluate the trends, public policies and practices associated with educational leadership, for the management of educational establishments and the achievement of student learning.
C2. Plan and manage educational improvement based on the development of a comprehensive and shared systemic vision of the school organization, promoting a culture of collaborative work and high expectations.
C3. Apply research methods to generate knowledge and improve school organization.
C4. Lead the curriculum implementation processes in the educational institution for the learning of all students.
C5. Design strategies to strengthen the professional development of teachers, for the learning of all students.
C6. Manage the training processes in school coexistence and the relationship with the family and the environment, based on the institutional educational project.

Leadership for the construction of educational meaning, in which the fundamental conceptual elements of leadership as a factor of effectiveness are established.
