General objective
The program's general objective is to provide students with theoretical and methodological tools that will allow them to develop competencies and skills in each and every area of labor law within professional practice, particularly the ability to analyze and effectively obtain, organize, and coherently systematize information and apply it to solving specific problems, as well as the ability to work in teams and cooperatively.
Specific objectives
– To develop skills and abilities that allow for a deep understanding and well-founded application of the rules relating to Labor Law.
– To develop the capacity for reflection in each sub-discipline that makes up Labor Law and, especially, in the structure of Chilean Collective Labor Law.
– To enhance students' ability to search for information that allows them to solve the problems that Labor Law is called upon to address, applying the solutions found to new situations.
