goals
a) To generate and transmit relevant and up-to-date knowledge on those subjects of greatest application in the practice of the legal profession.
b) To train in a model with solid values in Christian humanism.
c) To develop in our students the necessary skills to apply the knowledge acquired to concrete and complex situations, so as to acquire practice in solving real problems and enable them to continue training outside the classroom through self-learning, with a comprehensive vision of the world and suitable for teamwork.
d) To develop in our students the skills necessary for the challenges presented by the new forms of litigation, which are gradually but irreversibly being implemented in civil, labor and criminal justice in Chile.
Applicant Profile
To hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or in Legal and Social Sciences, granted by a University recognized by the State of Chile or duly validated or in the process of validation, in accordance with the agreements signed with foreign countries.
Graduate profile
A lawyer specializing in the areas covered by the program's specializations. They are capable of handling complex legal matters related to these specializations and developing strategies for their resolution through both judicial and extrajudicial means, setting them apart from other professionals in the field. They possess strong communication skills, are creative, and adept at teamwork. They understand and adapt to the evolving landscape of risk and information society and are committed to best practices in their profession.
