General objective:
To contribute to the generation and transmission of knowledge in chemical sciences by training human resources with solid knowledge in their specialty, capable of developing research, integrating multidisciplinary teams and developing solutions to relevant problems in which chemistry has a central role, thus offering qualified graduates in accordance with the needs of the academic, service and productive environment.
Specific objectives
– To train graduates who contribute to the creation of knowledge and the development of solutions to relevant problems in which Chemistry plays a central role, thus offering qualified graduates in accordance with the needs of the academic, service and productive environment.
– To strengthen the necessary skills so that once they graduate they demonstrate mastery and updating of the fundamental contents of chemistry.
– Develop skills to interpret and solve problems and challenges in different areas of Chemical Sciences.
– Develop the skills to carry out research activities by integrating multidisciplinary teams.
Applicant Profile
Applicants to the Master of Science program with a specialization in Chemistry must have obtained a Bachelor's degree or university professional title, with a basic background in chemistry that allows them to support their continued participation in the Master's program. Applicants must possess analytical and creative skills for the formulation, analysis, and resolution of problems related to the various areas of chemical sciences and demonstrate a special interest and motivation for research and a commitment to their environment.
