The main objective of the Master's in Administration is to be a high-level professional development alternative for graduates of the undergraduate programs at the Catholic University of the North, to carry out improvement plans in order to maintain the quality standards established for postgraduate programs; to establish collaborative opportunities with the professional environment in order to recognize changes in the discipline and the requirements of companies, and to develop lines of research that generate a contribution to the regional and national productive environment, supported by the theses of the students.

Applicant Profile

The program is aimed at professionals who have graduated from national or foreign universities with degrees of a minimum duration of 8 semesters.

Graduates of the Master's in Administration are professionals capable of working in multidisciplinary and/or multicultural teams in various types of institutions—public, private, regional, national, or international—and are aware of their role as creative leaders and talent managers. They possess a holistic view of organizations, adaptability, and the ability to energize management through mastery of diverse strategies and tools, while adhering to current policies and laws.
