The MBA aims to generate an impact on three levels: At the individual level: to train professionals who can lead all types of organizations with a comprehensive and global vision, making decisions guided by critical analysis and the UC's core values. At the organizational level: to disseminate cutting-edge knowledge, experiences from diverse industries, and emerging trends in key business areas, thereby promoting change and innovation within the organization. At the societal level: to contribute to social well-being through the development of economic initiatives and the improvement of organizational performance in the broadest sense—economic, social, and environmental.

Applicant Profile

Admission requirements: – Bachelor's degree. – 3 or more years of work experience. – Two letters of recommendation. – Interview. – Bachelor's degree transcript and class rank.

1. Apply a solid conceptual foundation, analytical skills, and critical thinking to solve complex challenges in the realities of organizations. 2. Make complex decisions with a comprehensive view of the organization, identifying the internal and external factors that affect it. 3. Apply interpersonal skills that allow them to enhance their leadership roles within their organizations. 4. Evaluate the impact of decisions in social, economic, and environmental terms, considering the challenge of sustainability and guided by the ethical and value-based framework provided by the fundamental principles of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
