goals
The Program has an academic character with the objective of training human resources in the country with doctorates in aquaculture, with a solid training applied to aquaculture, capable of joining the private or state sectors, and of participating in processes of development, innovation and diversification of aquaculture.
Applicant Profile
The program is aimed at professionals with an interest in aquaculture production, managing and developing scientific and technological research and innovation, and designing, proposing and applying solutions to improve the efficiency of aquaculture production systems.
Graduate profile
A PhD in Aquaculture equips graduates to conduct internationally recognized scientific research and technological innovation. Their training will enable them to effectively assume leadership positions in research and higher education institutions, private companies, or public agencies, contributing to the sustainable development of aquaculture worldwide.
