A group of academics from the Center for Studies of the Cuban Economy at the University of Havana visited the Secretariat of the Council of Rectors in order to learn about and understand the higher education system in our country.
For the group of academics, made up of Omar Everleny Pérez Villanueva, Ricardo Torres Pérez and Jessica León Mundul, it was of special interest to learn about the work of the Council of Rectors, the characteristics of the universities that make it up and the current issues in the debate on the reform of higher education.
In the future, it is of particular interest to them to maintain communication with the Council of Rectors, in order to stay informed about research projects, competitions and advanced human talent training programs.
