Meeting with the Director of International Relations of the Ministry of Education

At the Council of Rectors, a first meeting was held between the Office of International Relations of the Ministry of Education and the CRUCH.

The Director of the International Relations Office of the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC), Elizabeth Rubio, held a working meeting with the Executive Director of the Council of Rectors, María Teresa Marshall, to share priorities on the Ministry's international agenda, particularly regarding its relationship with APEC in the field of higher education. The main topic of discussion was the promotion of cross-border education, aimed at strengthening academic collaboration to establish scientific and technological communities in the Pacific region.

Following the meeting, it was agreed to continue a dialogue where both entities can enhance efforts and capabilities that contribute – in this case from the international sphere – to the development of reforms in higher education in the country.
