Program and presentations of the meeting of the Focus Group on Mobility and Regional Integration, held in Valparaíso on March 26 and 27, 2014. This meeting was held in order to formulate a mobility strategy for students and academics between the universities of the university associations of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.
