Representatives from Chile and Europe analyzed topics such as student mobility, the role of the State in higher education and its financing.

At the headquarters of the Council of Rectors, an important meeting took place between rectors and directors of international relations of the Chilean universities of CRUCH and rectors of European universities and representatives of the European Universities Association (EUA) and the Observatory of Relations between Europe and Latin America (OBREAL).

Among the attendees were representatives from the Council of Rectors of France, Spain, Portugal, and Poland, with whom discussions focused on international relations and mobility, as well as the role of the state in higher education and its funding. For their part, the EUA representatives provided detailed information on the policies of the Bologna Process and its effects on higher education institutions in Europe.
The meeting was evaluated very positively by all attendees as it made it possible to establish new ties to strengthen and expand existing networks and delve deeper into areas of interest for cooperation between universities.
