General objective:
TO TRAIN ADVANCED, SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE AREA OF BIOTECHNOLOGY, WITH COMPETENCIES FOR THE GENERATION OF KNOWLEDGE, DIRECTING, CREATING, DESIGNING, INNOVATING AND DEVELOPING BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES USED IN THE CREATION OF NEW BIOPRODUCTS.
Specific objectives:
– To train graduates capable of generating knowledge and carrying out experimental designs within the framework of ethical considerations, interpreting their results, and evaluating the technical, economic and regulatory feasibility of their implementation in the biotechnology industry.
– To integrate knowledge in graduates that allows them to lead, design, and develop new biologically based products, processes and/or services, with social responsibility.
– To provide graduates with the necessary tools and criteria to disseminate, publish, protect and/or transfer the knowledge derived from their scientific activity.
Applicant Profile
Applicants to the Doctoral Program in Molecular Biotechnology must have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields, such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy.,
Bioengineering, biotechnology, and chemical engineering. The applicant must possess excellent skills.
