Applicant Profile

Professionals with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional title, with at least three years of work experience in areas of People Management or in the management of work teams.

Graduate profile

Graduates of this Master's program are professionals capable of making decisions about human resource management within an organization, based on the principles of managerial ethics, institutional strategy and objectives, corporate governance, labor laws, and social responsibility. They promote the co-creation of organizational cultures, evaluating and leading innovation, change management, and digital transformation projects related to human resource management.
