General objective
TO TRAIN A HIGH-LEVEL PROFESSIONAL IN THE AREA OF HUMAN RESOURCES WITH A CLEAR EMPHASIS ON THE CREATION OF BUSINESS POLICIES AND STRATEGIES ORIENTED TOWARDS ACHIEVEMENT AND IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION STRATEGIES AND MODERN QUANTITATIVE TOOLS THAT ARE PROPER TO HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.

Specific objectives
– To prepare a high-level professional in the modern management of the operational and strategic areas of human resource management in companies.
To provide up-to-date knowledge regarding human behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels and its consequences on organizational performance.
To train highly capable professionals in the formulation and implementation of organizational innovation strategies, whose fundamental pillar is the creation and maintenance of long-term competitive advantages through human resources. To provide modern and specialized quantitative tools applicable to different areas of human resource management.
– To train a professional with basic and advanced knowledge in the operational and strategic management of companies, in order to provide maximum collaboration to the achievement of organizational competitive advantages.
– To enable attendees to learn about all aspects of an organization's internal and external environment, including administrative, economic, legal, cultural, and social aspects, that must be considered in the management of its human resources.

Applicant Profile

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or professional qualification equivalent to that required for a bachelor's degree in the relevant field. This means they should wish to enhance their professional experience or leadership skills, acquire the necessary training to manage the human resources department (or part thereof) of public or private organizations, or pursue a career in the field.

Graduate profile

It is expected that the graduate of the Master in Human Resource Management will possess the necessary skills to lead the human resource management of public and private companies that have a high organizational complexity, through the use of their knowledge and skills in business management, human resource management, organizational innovation management, quantitative management and the application of multiple managerial skills, such as: leadership, teamwork, conflict management, change management, and strategic negotiation.
