To apply the norms and theory of Constitutional Law, the doctrine of fundamental rights, and the system of jurisdictional guarantees of a constitutional and inter-American nature.<br \/>\nSpecific objectives:<br \/>\n1) Recognize the concepts, characteristics and contents of the dogmatics of fundamental rights from the perspective of its double source (national and inter-American order);<br \/>\n2) Apply methods of constitutional interpretation and fundamental rights;<br \/>\n3) Resolve problems in the sphere of fundamental rights and conventionality control;<br \/>\n4) Apply the jurisdictional guarantees of rights in a national and comparative Latin American perspective and the defense of the Constitution before the Constitutional Court;<br \/>\n5) Apply the characteristics and contents of the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights and its most relevant jurisprudence to the resolution of cases;<br \/>\n6) Prepare argumentative texts applying legal research methodologies in the presentation of research projects or reports in law.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Applicant Profile<\/h6>\n<p>The Master&#039;s Program in Constitutional Law is designed for graduates in Law, Legal and Social Sciences, Political Science, and Public Administration who have knowledge of constitutional law and\/or fundamental rights. Prior academic or professional experience in the Master&#039;s field is also desirable.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>The Master&#039;s graduate demonstrates specialized legal knowledge of fundamental rights doctrine, constitutional interpretation, and the principle of conventionality control. Furthermore, they apply fundamental rights by integrating domestic legal sources with rights derived from International Human Rights Law. Similarly, they propose solutions to constitutional legal problems in the field of rights, utilizing Chilean Constitutional Law and the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights.
