This body of knowledge and methodology enables them to address tax issues of varying complexity in public and\/or private companies, either as a member of the organization or as an external consultant.<br \/>\nThe specific objectives of the Program are:<br \/>\n1) To place the professionals participating in the program in the recent advances in the area of tax legislation, which will allow them to perform management or consulting functions according to the needs of public or private institutions, both national and international.<br \/>\n2) To satisfy the demand for qualified tax administrators for advanced professional practice, in accordance with the requirements of the country&#039;s socio-economic and political reality.<br \/>\n3) To provide theoretical and methodological tools to program participants so that they can analyze, evaluate and advise on the tax conditions of different types of national and\/or international, public and\/or private organizations, enabling them to correct and optimize compliance with tax obligations.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Applicant Profile<\/h6>\n<p>To apply for the Master&#039;s Program in Tax Planning and Management, applicants must hold a Bachelor&#039;s degree or a professional title equivalent to a Bachelor&#039;s degree, with a duration of at least eight semesters, and have a minimum of two years of work experience in the discipline or areas of study of the program. For foreign applicants, the same requirements apply as for Chilean applicants; however, certificates must be legalized following the procedures established by the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>Graduates of the Master&#039;s program in Tax Planning and Management will be able to:<br \/>\na) Apply current tax legislation to evaluate the tax management of different types of organizations and propose strategic and efficient actions or solutions to the diagnosed situations.<br \/>\nb) Evaluate tax strategies for different companies, considering the application of current tax benefits, anticipating the effect of possible tax reforms and anti-avoidance rules that may affect the profitability of the investment and its tax burden, considering the<br \/>\n14<br \/>\nEthical implications in compliance with tax obligations and the proper use of tax benefits and incentives in the Chilean tax system.<br \/>\nc) Advise on the design and implementation of tax strategies for different companies, considering the application of current tax benefits, applying tax planning and management tools to help achieve their strategic objectives, respecting current regulations and legislation.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"investigacion\">\n<h6>Lines of investigation<\/h6>\n<p>1.
