High-Impact Entrepreneurs: Professionals who need tools and training to increase their chances of business success in technology ventures or innovative companies. Corporate World: Executives responsible for implementing changes in their companies through innovative management or who wish to gain a global perspective on innovation processes in the corporate world in Chile and globally. Researchers and Academics: Professionals affiliated with academia or research centers who work in research and\/or development and seek tools to generate greater societal impact through their work. Innovation and Technology Management Specialists: Technology managers and technology brokers, professionals who serve as key intermediaries between academia, technology transfer agencies, government, and industry. Application Requirements: Bachelor&#039;s degree; English reading proficiency; 2 years of work experience, research experience, or a Ph.D.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>Our graduates acquire the necessary skills to analyze and develop new ventures (including knowledge and tools in marketing, financing, soft skills and legal aspects), manage innovation processes within different types of organizations and explore different disciplines around the creation and development of innovative solutions, all skills necessary for good performance in the professional field in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"investigacion\">\n<h6>Lines of investigation<\/h6>\n<p>Areas of Development: Creativity and Marketing: This area aims to understand, experience, and strengthen students&#039; creativity and inventiveness, using diverse tools that allow them to navigate and visualize the complexity of information and ideas. In addition, this area seeks to plan, develop, and manage communication and marketing strategies that enable ideas and innovations to be effectively distributed through the appropriate channels and platforms, reaching the markets and customers who need and value them. Entrepreneurship and Leadership: This area seeks to analyze and understand the process of creating high-impact ventures, including ideation, fundraising, and commercialization, as well as the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to adequately protect the industrial and intellectual property of an invention. It also includes the study of the role that psychological processes and interpersonal skills, such as leadership and negotiation, play in the generation and implementation of innovative ideas and solutions. Corporate Innovation: This area focuses on the study of the analytical frameworks, methods, and competencies necessary to understand, address, and lead value creation processes in all types of organizations.
