To this end, it complements management-related learning with that related to information management for decision-making\u2014knowledge essential in modern management and rarely addressed by regional Master&#039;s programs\u2014while maintaining a global perspective based on leadership, personal effectiveness, and communication.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Applicant Profile<\/h6>\n<p>The Master&#039;s program is designed for: \u2013 Professionals interested in advancing to organizational levels responsible for establishing direction, strategies, and management within an institution, from various disciplines related to economics and administration, or with professional experience in areas associated with organizational management. \u2013 Professionals with an entrepreneurial vision who seek to establish their own business projects. \u2013 University graduates interested in furthering their studies in the short term through continuing education.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>Graduates of the Master&#039;s Program in Organizational Management at the Catholic University of Maule assume managerial and executive roles in public and private, for-profit and non-profit organizations that require their services. They are key players in the adaptation and execution of companies&#039; strategic plans, managing the administrative process and analyzing information from management and decision-making processes.
