Professional training will include, among its main areas, the study of property law, civil liability, family and inheritance law, civil and commercial contracts, business organization, and insolvency law.&quot;.<br \/>\nThe master&#039;s degree holder must also have advanced knowledge and criteria in other disciplines related to private law, such as private jurisdictional protection, the study of guarantees, comparative private law, and environmental law.<br \/>\nThe master&#039;s degree holder must be able to analyze and resolve legal situations, with appropriate handling of sources, identifying relevant facts, applicable rules and principles, and providing a solution to the problem presented.
