To act with high standards of professional, social and ethical responsibility in the actions inherent to the management of assets for the sustainable development of the organization and the community.<br \/>\n2. To adhere to a commitment to quality in the application of methodologies and work tools to improve the performance of professional activities.<br \/>\n3. Actively participate in work teams within the organization to direct efforts towards achieving organizational, collective, and individual objectives.<br \/>\n4. To address opportunities through the development of continuous improvement projects in a business-oriented organization for its competitive development in the field of physical asset management.<br \/>\nSpecific skills:<br \/>\n1. Evaluate improvement projects at the design level, based on the analysis of the Life Cycle Cost in the production processes for the achievement of the organization&#039;s strategic objectives.<br \/>\n2. Design plans that integrate the organization&#039;s strategic definitions in the area of asset management and maintenance to meet the company&#039;s goals or objectives in the strategic and tactical-operational areas.<br \/>\n3 Categorize critical equipment and resources through structured analysis methods in production processes, focusing improvement efforts to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.<br \/>\n4. Evaluate current best practices, philosophies, and trends in asset management and maintenance to incorporate them into organizational development, facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.<br \/>\n5. Design investment plans through the modeling of production systems based on the quantification of operational risks in key processes for solving critical problems of the organization.<br \/>\n6. Implement operational changes using RAM tools within the framework of Life Cycle Cost analysis in the organization&#039;s production processes to improve performance seeking to maximize operational continuity.<br \/>\n7. Implement Reliability Engineering tools in critical processes and equipment to improve the achievement of key performance results.<br \/>\n8.
