the field of biomedicine.<br \/>\nDevelop innovative and high-quality basic and\/or translational research in the area of biomedical sciences.<br \/>\nTo provide the skills to design and execute research projects in the field of biomedical sciences.<br \/>\nPromote ethical and responsible conduct in your professional work.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Applicant Profile<\/h6>\n<p>The DCBM is aimed at graduates or professionals in the area of health sciences, biological sciences, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines, who demonstrate an interest in developing research in the area of biomedical sciences, and who also demonstrate academic excellence during their undergraduate studies.<br \/>\nApplicants must demonstrate knowledge in biological sciences through an exam where they must also demonstrate the ability to understand and critically analyze an experimental scientific article in English related to the biomedical field.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>The graduate of the PhD in Biomedical Sciences will be an ethical and responsible researcher, with interdisciplinary expertise in biological and biomedical sciences, capable of:<br \/>\n-Apply critical thinking and scientific reasoning to formulate original hypotheses in the field of biomedicine.<br \/>\n-Design and execute research projects in the field of biomedical sciences that contribute to the health of the population and contribute to the knowledge of human diseases.<br \/>\n-Integrate national and international collaboration networks in order to contribute to the development of scientific knowledge in the area.<br \/>\n-Communicate their results, orally and in writing, at scientific meetings and in mainstream journals with the purpose of transferring knowledge to the community derived from their research advances.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"investigacion\">\n<h6>Lines of
