Applications from students without a law degree must be approved by the Doctoral Committee.<\/p>\n<p>If the applicant holds academic degrees from foreign universities, these must be equivalent to those mentioned in the preceding paragraph. The equivalency of foreign academic degrees will be determined based on the International Classification of Education (ISCED), established by UNESCO, in effect at the time of application.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"postulante\">\n<h6>Graduate profile<\/h6>\n<p>The awarding of the academic degree of Doctor of Law requires the development of a systematic research process, based on legal sources, which demands the preparation and defense of a dissertation.
