While he noted that the aggregate figures remain at similar levels to those observed the previous year, he pointed out significant differences when reviewing the various allocations, including the complete lack of execution of the<strong> Performance-Based Fund <\/strong>and retirement incentives, as well as slower progress in <strong>Institutional Contribution of State Universities (AIUE)<\/strong> compared to previous years...<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The executive vice president of CRUCH drew particular attention to the effects of <strong>concentrate transfers towards the end of the year<\/strong>.
