Of the total scores, 180 correspond to the Mathematics Test, 6 to Language and Communication, 15 to History, Geography and Social Sciences and 51 to Sciences.<\/p>\n

The PSU results will be available from Sunday, December 28th at 8:00 am and at 9:00 am the University Application Process begins.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities, in conjunction with the Unified Admission System, released general figures regarding the number of students nationwide who achieved the maximum score on the PSU (850 points) in this year's graduating class. Of the total perfect scores in this 2015 Admission Process, 180 correspond to the Mathematics Test, 6 to Language and Communication, 15 to History, Geography and Social Sciences, and 51 to Science.<\/p>\n

The Executive Vice President of CRUCH, Rector Juan Manuel Zolezzi, congratulated all those who took the exam, and especially those who achieved a perfect score. He stated, \u201cThese results reflect the dedication, perseverance, and commitment of the students, and we are delighted that they are successfully completing this process. Applications open tomorrow, and we hope that both the students and those who will receive their results tomorrow will carefully review their options and apply thoughtfully, considering their preferences and the academic quality of the institutions.\u201d.<\/p>\n

Zolezzi added that it is important to be informed and analyze all available options regarding the careers and universities to which students wish to apply.<\/p>\n

It's important to remember that the PSU results will be available from Sunday, December 28th at 8:00 AM, and that the application process begins an hour later, at 9:00 AM, and ends on Wednesday, December 31st at 1:00 PM. Application results will be announced on Sunday, January 11th at 11:00 PM.<\/p>\n

Other relevant data<\/h4>\n

The Unified Admission System of the Council of Rectors reported that, by region, the Metropolitan Region has the highest number of perfect scores, with 173. It is followed by the Biob\u00edo Region (VIII) with 19 and the Araucan\u00eda Region (IX) with 11. The Valpara\u00edso Region (V), the Coquimbo Region (IV), and the Los Lagos Region (X) each have 9 perfect scores. In the remaining regions, the perfect scores are distributed as follows: 2 in Arica and Parinacota (XV), 4 in Antofagasta (II), 1 in Atacama (III), 8 in Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (VI), 7 in Maule (VII), and 1 in the Los R\u00edos Region (XIV). There were no perfect scores this year in the Tarapac\u00e1 (I), Ays\u00e9n (XI), and Magallanes (XII) regions.<\/p>\n

Regarding national scores by gender, 200 were obtained by men and 53 by women. By school type, 35 of these national scores correspond to municipal schools, 30 to subsidized private schools, and 188 to private schools. Finally, according to educational track, 252 national scores correspond to the Humanities-Science track and 1 to the Technical-Professional track.
